Vision problems are prevalent in every stage of life. That is why it is important for you to have regular eye examinations. For most people, vision screenings are recommended every two to three years. However, there are situations when you may need evaluations more often. If you are noticing any change in your vision, schedule an appointment.
Personally, I would prefer to see children yearly — until their glasses prescription stops changing.
Adults, between the ages of 19-40, may be seen every 2-3 years.
Adults, between the age of 40-50, should be re-evaluated roughly every 2 years.
Anyone, over 50 years old, should be seen at least ONCE EVERY YEAR.
